Thanks for visiting my site!  I’m a photographer based in Fairfield, CT, trying to make a very modest contribution to the great body of photographic work that informs and enriches our lives.  My inspirations come from HCB, Magnum and the street photography movement, the masters of portraiture (Lange, Leibovitz, Arbus, Avedon and McCurry, to name a few), all the great war photographers (special shout out for Don McCullin), and National Geographic (whose Instagram feed continues to churn out mind-bending pictures from around the world). No pressure there.

I have recently slipped away from corporate America to dedicate more time to this quest. I’m currently working on some documentary projects anchored in everyday life and beauty within.  I’ll also try and do justice to some of the wonderful vistas of New England. 

 

While most of my work is introspective, I am available for creative portrait work either in studio or on location.  Client references are available on request.
